About Us

Established in 1991 and formerly known as Badari, Madhusudhan & Srinivasan, B M S S & Co. has grown over 35 years into a multi-partner Chartered Accountancy firm with a team of over 100 professionals, spread across 8 cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Tumakuru, Vijayapura and Ilakal. The firm is led by a team of 14 partners bringing together deep expertise in Statutory & Concurrent Bank Audit, Corporate & Government Audit, Internal Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, Ind AS Advisory, Financial Management Consultancy, and Business Process Outsourcing.
